  Brought my samsung S8 in for a screen replacement on 2/8/2018 1) first impressions..I called to see if they had the screen, was told quickly "no!" .....1 minute later " i guess we have it". 2)I thought twice about going there, made an appointment on line ...dropped it off on my appointment time, was told 2 hours, went to pick it up, and was told another 45 minutes. The employee was telling me about some guy wigging out on them early , so they could not get it done. I'm not sure if it was a customer wigging out on them or the tech out in the front parking lot working on someones car. either way i did not have another 45 minutes to waste ( and it was getting late) when my confidence was shaken already. 3) After the tech having my phone for over 2 hours, it does not work. No reception, no internet, but the screen turns on. When the employee gave my phone back he said he did not check it out ( it still had the bad screen). Well it looks like the only thing he manged to do to my phone was to make it un useable.
