  I came to this Burlington today, and purchased a few items for my children, the staff here are always pretty rude, however there is a new girl there by the name of Crystal. She is an excellent employee. I could not believe that she was so polite given the experiences that I have had there. Crystal was so customer friendly and aware. She asked about my day, she was quick sufficient and proactive. Her customer service skills were superb and I am hoping that management is keeping there eyes out for her and use her as an example of how to treat customers. She also was very hands on and made sure that I was satisfied as a customer, because of her demeanor and disposition, I will definitely shop here again. Thanks Crystal, Job well done!!!
