Service is hit or miss; if you go around Halloween, you'll probably get a grumpy temp, but the rest of the year people are very nice and friendly.

I have been shopping here for years for a wide range of events. They havnt failed me yet! Plus they let you try things on before you buy. LOVE THEM!!!
