  One of the employees shoved me. I was waiting in line to check out and she literally came up behind me and pushed me out of the way. She said nothing. I am appalled. I think her name was Tara.

  I went there today and the woman who helped me last week was there. She helped me find a sports bra that had only 2 straps I loved it so I went back for more. I asked her where they are and I even had a shirt with me that had the exact same colors. She brought me to the wrong ones and said that's all they ever had in sports bras. As I looked for 20 minutes still couldn't find it. Then I see them. There were over 100 of them and sure enough the one I bought last week was there too. She starts to walk up to me and I said, Yes you do carry these. Employee's should know what they have, what they are talking about and how to do their job. Finally I go to check out. There are 2 registars open with an employee behind each one. I stood behind one customer who was getting rung up. The next registar one customer was also getting rung up with a lady waiting behind her. The lady in front of me was done so I walked up and the lady waiting at the other registar said, I have been waiting longer. I then said there are 2 registars, you picked that one.The customer then said there is only one line. I said but there are 2 employees with 2 registars open then both employees said Yes we always have one line no matter what. I said so how long has this been happening? I have been a cuatomer for over 20 years. Their response No Miss its NEVER been that way. I then said no you're wrong and who tells a customer that they are wrong? When saying this they both interrupted me.(Who does that to customers?) I work in customer service. If those 3 had been my employees I would teach them the customer is always right and you don't ever say no or not have a clue on what bras you have. Or I'd fire them. I knew by the time I turned around there would be 2 lines and there was. So I explained to the customers waiting that they will not take 2 lines only one. Then that made the customers have to go into one line and a lot were mad because they had been waiting longer then others. This is how it started with me. If I had to go through it so do they as its only fair. Treat all customers the same, equal. I have been to many of these stores throughout MN and there always was 2 lines if 2 registars are open with 2 employees running them.

  I just made a special trip to this store only to find out at their door that the store is closed from Sunday 10.29 through Thursday 11.02. I would have appreciated if their hours had been updated online to save me from wasting the time to come out here.
