- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 21, 2020, by Kelsie BI ordered a pair of shoes online and sent them back for a different size instead of doing that they just tried to refund my card. I had the piece of paper right in the box filled out saying all I wanted was a different size and they couldn't even do that for me. I think they did it because when I bought the shoes they were on sale and now there not so zumiez could sell them at full price instead of just giving me the size I ordered. I'm pissed.
